Holiday Fraud Alert

This holiday season, particularly during our trying circumstances with COVID-19, it is more important than ever to NEVER give out your personal or banking information to someone that calls you directly. If you don’t recognize the caller’s number, do not answer the call. Even if the number appears familiar be cautious if the caller asks for any account related or personal information, or asks you to respond to an email or text message they want to send you. Calls like these are very likely a scam. If you are uncertain or concerned about a call you receive, hang up immediately and call us directly to determine if Pathways or Incenta placed a call to you.

Pathways and Incenta will never call you directly to ask for any personal information, including card number or PIN, account number, social security number, or more.

Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have questions or concerns.

As always you can view updates on current and common scams by visiting our security page.
